Job Summary

We are seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our team. As a PCT, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care, working under the supervision of a registered nurse. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, as well as performing various technical duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications
  • Perform technical duties, such as setting up and operating dialysis equipment
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to multitask
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
