  • Quality Control: Ensure that our dining services meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and sanitation.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our residents and clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Staff Development: Develop and implement training programs to ensure that our staff are equipped to provide high-quality service and care.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree or higher in food service management or hospitality.
  • Experience: Two years of experience in quantity food production/service, dining/nutrition, and personnel supervision.
  • Certifications: Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) course participant, or certification as required by State & County law.
  • Skills: Basic computer skills, ability to maintain records and complete reports as required, including web-based reporting.
