Mars (New) is seeking talented individuals to join our Finance Leadership Experience program, a 3-year rotational program designed to develop the next generation of finance leaders.
Program OverviewThe program is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of finance functions, including financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Participants will rotate through three different business areas in Finance, gaining hands-on experience and building a strong foundation in finance.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the development and implementation of financial plans and strategies
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
To be eligible for the program, candidates must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field, with a graduation conferral date between December 2024 and June 2025.
Candidates should possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
