Job Summary

The Lee Health team is seeking a skilled Oncology Pharmacist to join our team at the BHC Infusion Center. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for the preparation, dispensing, and monitoring of medications used throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and dispense medications to patients in accordance with their treatment plans.
  • Monitor patients for potential medication interactions and side effects.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective medication use.
  • Supervise technical support personnel and provide guidance on medication preparation and dispensing.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited program.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a pharmacist, with at least 1 year of inpatient hospital experience as a staff pharmacist or pharmacy intern.
  • A current pharmacist license in the state of Florida.
