We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team at PactFi. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic expansion of our team and coordinating related projects.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in human resources, preferably with experience in HR administration, recruitment, or employee relations. A Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is also preferred.

PactFi provides a secure, end-to-end operational infrastructure for managing complex private credit transactions. Our web-based application brings together all parties involved in such a transaction to more efficiently allocate capital, complete KYC, share documents, manage funds flow, and more.

PactFi has received both SOC 2 Type II attestation and ISO 27001 certification, ensuring that our platform meets the highest standards of security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:
    1. Coordinate new hire orientations, verify documentation, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
    2. Manage offboarding tasks, including exit interviews, asset collection, and system deactivation.
  2. Recruitment Support:
    1. Collaborate with hiring managers to post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews.
    2. Assist with candidate communication and background checks.
  3. Employee Engagement:
    1. Plan team-building events, recognition programs, and other engagement initiatives.
    2. Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  4. HR Administration and Compliance:
    1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
    2. Work with executive management to maintain compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations.
    3. Prepare and manage reports, including employee attendance, turnover, and compliance metrics.
  5. HR Systems and Technology:
    1. Use HR software and tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
    2. Provide training and support for employees using HR systems.
  6. General Support:
    1. Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration as needed.
    2. Support HR leadership with special projects and initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits
