We invite applications for the role of Clinical Psychologist at Outreach Recovery.
As a key member of our mental health team, you will provide essential outpatient services at our expanding facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing patients, collecting comprehensive histories, conducting psychological evaluations, diagnosing conditions, and formulating effective treatment strategies aimed at alleviating psychological issues.
While individual therapy will be your main focus, you will also facilitate small group sessions as part of our educational initiatives.
At Outreach Recovery, we are committed to delivering exceptional care, and we expect our Clinical Psychologists to offer extensive support and guidance to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct interviews and evaluations to understand patient concerns
- Administer psychological assessments and surveys to identify emotional and behavioral challenges
- Design and implement tailored treatment plans for each patient
- Track patient progress through regular follow-ups, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Engage with individuals and small groups to address and resolve issues
Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Psychology or Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.)
- Valid licensure in relevant states
- Certification from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a clinical setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Empathetic and attuned to the needs of patients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Types:
Per diem, Contract, Part-time, PRN, Full-time
Compensation:
$109,116,836.77 annually
