Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled LPN/Charge Nurse to join our team at Vitality Living Milton. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents and ensuring their well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Administer or assist residents with medication and treatment administration
  • Collect, store, and transport specimens for laboratory studies
  • Communicate effectively with physicians via phone, fax, and written reports
  • Ensure accurate documentation of resident information and medical data
  • Contribute to the development and revision of service plans, identifying successful approaches and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Maintain current LPN/LVN licensure and CPR certification
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Meet state or provincial health-related requirements
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience.
