**Job Responsibilities**

• Provide exceptional customer service to participants, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Coordinate the recruitment and training of customer service staff and contractors, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment.

• Develop and distribute promotional materials, such as newsletters and social media content, to increase program visibility and community awareness.

• Monitor and manage customer feedback, using data to implement improvements in service quality and participant satisfaction.

• Coordinate fitness and recreation activities and events at the Recreation Center and throughout the city.

**Requirements**

We're looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong background in customer service, and experience in administrative support within a Parks & Recreation or similar community-focused setting. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office and have a valid driver's license.
