Key Responsibilities of the Process Engineer:
- Engage in projects aimed at system enhancement and equipment reliability to fulfill business and regulatory standards. Act as the Formulation Representative for the local site, collaborating with peers at global locations. Initiate and implement company-wide strategies for formulation areas.
- Oversee projects targeting capacity expansion within formulation and sterilization sectors.
- Facilitate cross-functional process improvements involving various groups and internal stakeholders.
- Formulate plans to boost the performance of processes or systems, alongside maintenance strategies for existing equipment and tools.
- Enhance the efficiency of current processes or systems through root cause analysis and process improvement methodologies.
- Establish and manage project budgets for process and system enhancements.
- Participate in event response initiatives.
- Support the technical growth of Process Maintenance Technicians and Area Specialists.
Qualifications for the Process Engineer:
- 7-10 years of engineering experience within the industry.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot process issues or deviations.
- Experience in process optimization or improvement.
- Background in pharmaceutical formulation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in an Engineering Discipline.
Compensation for the Process Engineer:
- Salary: negotiable based on relevant industry experience.
