Ambulatory Pharmacy Director

At Tift Regional Health System, we are seeking an experienced Ambulatory Pharmacy Manager to lead our outpatient pharmacy services. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our ambulatory pharmacies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily operations of ambulatory pharmacies, including staff supervision and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, regulations, and Joint Commission standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and quality of care.
- Collaborate with pharmacy and executive leadership to develop and implement new programs and initiatives.
- Manage approved budget and ensure compliance with established productivity metrics.
- Pharmacist licensure in good standing from the Georgia Board of Pharmacy.
- Minimum of five years of pharmacy practice experience in health system pharmacy (ambulatory and/or acute care setting).
- Minimum of three years of progressive health system pharmacy leadership or PGY2 Health System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership (HSPAL) Residency.
