Ambulatory Pharmacy Manager

At Tift Regional Health System, we are seeking an experienced Ambulatory Pharmacy Manager to lead our outpatient pharmacy services. This is a critical role that requires a strong leader with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of our ambulatory pharmacies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and system policies.
  • Lead a team of pharmacists, technicians, and support staff, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, quality metrics, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy services with other departments.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of resources.
Requirements:
  • Pharmacist licensure in good standing from the Georgia Board of Pharmacy.
  • Minimum of five years of pharmacy practice experience in an ambulatory care setting.
  • Minimum of three years of progressive health system pharmacy leadership experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Leadership experience in an ambulatory setting.
  • Experience with Med2Beds and Medication Access Programs.
