Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver onsite technical assistance for the installation and upkeep of packaging systems.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical challenges, providing effective solutions.
  • Engage with clients to understand their service requirements and guarantee their satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and action-oriented mindset.
  • Able to assess priorities and anticipate future tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
