At One Medical, we're redefining primary care by delivering exceptional experiences that put patients at the forefront. As a Senior Health Part-Time Nurse Practitioner, you'll play a vital role in shaping this vision by providing compassionate and evidence-based care.
This opportunity will be based in Phoenix, AZ, where you'll work closely with our Indian School and Greenway clinics. You can expect to dedicate 2-3 days of patient care per week, engaging in a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits. We prioritize building strong relationships between our healthcare teams and patients, so collaboration is key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care to a diverse range of patients, focusing on prevention, treatment, and education.
- Conduct in-office and occasional tele-health visits, leveraging technology to enhance the patient experience.
- Promote seamless communication within our team through daily huddles and virtual clinical collaborations.
- Cultivate opportunities for professional growth by utilizing your expertise in specific clinical procedures.
Requirements:
- A minimum of two years' experience practicing as a Nurse Practitioner in an outpatient primary care setting.
- State licensure in Arizona, acquired prior to your start date.
