We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Assistant Designer to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. As a key member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of residential projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the creation of construction level drawings and documentation
  • Prepare vision boards and assist in the selection of fixtures and finishes
  • Collaborate with designers and the production team to assemble estimated construction costs
  • Switch between multiple tasks and projects in different phases of design

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in residential design (2-3 years preferred)
  • Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Construction Management (Accredited Architectural Degree preferred)
  • Proficient in English language (speaking, writing, and reading)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other design and construction professionals

What We Offer:
  • $50,000 - $55,000 annually
  • 100% of health insurance premium paid for employee and family within 1 month of hire
  • 70% of health insurance deductible paid by the company if enrolled in a company-sponsored health insurance program

  • PTO - 40 hours from Day 1; additional 40 hours at 90 days; 104 hours after 1 year
