Join Our Team as a Registered Dietitian

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at Carlisle Nursing & Rehab in Carlisle, PA. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional nutrition care to our residents.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, dayshift. We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $75,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and company-paid life insurance.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans for residents, taking into account their unique needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to track the effectiveness of nutritional interventions.
  • Provide education and support to residents, families, and caregivers on nutrition-related topics.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in geriatric nutrition, applying this knowledge to improve care outcomes.
Requirements
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) or licensed dietitian, as required by the state of employment.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting or as a consulting dietitian, with a focus on geriatric nutrition.
