    • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and safety.
    • Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, discuss challenges, and set goals.
  • Production Planning and Control
    • Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
    • Monitor and control production costs, including labor, materials, and overhead.
    • Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that all production processes meet ITT's quality and safety standards.
    • Investigate and resolve quality and safety issues in a timely and effective manner.
    • Develop and implement procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with production staff, management, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a production environment.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Experience with production planning and control software.
    • Knowledge of quality and safety standards and regulations.
