**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain all equipment, safety, and mechanical systems to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents
  • Interact with Administration, Life Safety, and Local Code Enforcement agencies as needed
  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resident satisfaction

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and work experience in a long-term care/medical community
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and building schematics
  • Good communication skills to articulate needs, plans, details, and policy and procedure information
  • Ability to deal with unexpected events and maintenance-related needs

**What We Offer:**

  • Negotiable pay depending on experience (up to $23 per hour)
  • Pay in lieu of benefits package - $3.00 extra per hour
  • Daily Pay available
  • Access to earned pay on a daily basis prior to the normal pay date
  • Benefits start after 30 days of employment, including insurance and PTO
  • FREE Health Insurance Premium Option available
