Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineering Manager to join our team at Great Wolf Lodge. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for setting the vision and direction for our engineering operations, ensuring the effective functioning of our hotel/resort and property.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engineering strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead a team of technical employees through projects, providing guidance and support to ensure successful outcomes
  • Manage budgets and capital expenditure projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain best practice standards, including policies, procedures, and workflows
  • Conduct engineering project management, evaluating feasibility and identifying requirements and resource utilization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior management role, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Experience with engineering design and project management
