Job Overview
Dent Neurologic Institute is a leading provider of neurological care, committed to delivering exceptional patient experiences. We are seeking a skilled Nurse to join our team as a Triage RN. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Package
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision plans, life insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform phone triage duties, consulting with providers and coordinating scheduling.
  • Represent Dent by displaying a respectful and caring manner with patients and their families.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply with quality assurance, HIPAA, and customer focus policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university.
  • Active NYS license, free and clear of restrictions.
  • Strong telephone assessment skills and high degree of verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
