Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a Virtual Speech Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality telehealth services to students in Kentucky.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to address students' communication goals.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Keep detailed records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers to empower them to support their child's communication development.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current California SLP license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders.
  • Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, families, and colleagues.
  • Fast and reliable computer and internet connection to ensure seamless virtual sessions.
What We Offer
  • 1099 Position with guaranteed weekly hours.
  • Hourly rate consistent across direct and indirect hours, planning periods ($35-$50).
  • School hours with a clinical/technical team on standby for support.
