Job Title: HVAC Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Supervisor to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all HVAC and plumbing equipment installed in our buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, assign, and inspect the work of technicians, maintenance mechanics, and plumbers responsible for HVAC and plumbing maintenance and repair.
  • Oversee the operation of building automation and energy management systems, including pneumatic and direct digital control systems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve facilities management goals.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal system performance.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.
  • 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role overseeing at least 10 people.
  • Formal training and/or education in the HVAC field.
  • Universal CFC certification.
  • Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supervising in a union environment.
  • Knowledge of CMMS systems.
  • High school diploma or GED.
