About the Role:

EAC Consulting, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Senior CEI Inspector to join our team. As a Senior CEI Inspector, you will be responsible for performing field inspection assignments, coordinating and supervising lower-level inspectors, and conducting quality control material testing analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform field inspection assignments and coordinate and supervise lower-level inspectors.
  • Conducts quality control material testing analysis and reporting.
  • Conducts punch list identification and contract closeout review.
  • Serves as an advisor and mentor to junior-level project team members.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of four years of experience in construction inspection, two years of which shall have been in bridge or roadway construction inspection.
  • One year of experience required if holding a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and system maps.
  • Ability to understand and follow contractor schedules.
  • Ability to carry 40 pounds (testing equipment).
  • Ability to stand and sit as needed on project work sites, climb ladders, work at heights, and work outdoors in a wide range of weather conditions.
  • Ability to safely navigate construction work sites with uneven terrain.
  • Ability to coordinate and supervise lower-level inspectors in an efficient manner.
