Program Manager

At FPC National, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team. As a key liaison between our company and our customers, you will be responsible for developing quotations, customer solutions, and documentation for both new and existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and control project costs to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimize potential impacts.
  • Supplier & Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of components and materials.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Production Oversight: Coordinate manufacturing activities, including assembly, testing, and quality control.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including engineering, design, procurement, and logistics, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Change Management: Manage changes in project scope, schedule, or requirements to minimize disruptions.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation, including status reports, meetings, and technical documents.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains to enhance project delivery.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and certifications.
  • Conflict Resolution: Foster a collaborative and problem-solving culture throughout customer relationships.
  • Customer Communication: Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, providing regular updates on project status and addressing customer feedback.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support to team members.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about advancements in electronics manufacturing technologies and trends.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of recent experience in Program/Account Management of a related industry.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with MRP systems.
  • Good understanding of the electronics manufacturing process.
  • Ability to drive positive results with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
