The ideal candidate will have a strong background in value analysis, clinical supply chain, or acute care hospital performance, with a minimum of three to five years of experience in a similar role. A bachelor's degree in Business, Health Administration, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field is required.
Responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing facility or division-based strategies and processes to reduce supply expense per adjusted admission
- Identifying facility(s) supply expense variances and developing action plans to mitigate an increase in supply expense
- Participating in monthly operating reports and supply expense planning
- Utilizing clinical product value analysis committees to review products and technology for clinical evidence and benefit
- Building relationships and increasing customer satisfaction with hospital leadership, chief medical officer, clinical directors, physicians, value analysis teams, and supply chain leadership
