Job Summary

This position is responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of customers in business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) sales within a specific geographical area. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a willingness to travel, and the ability to work flexible shift hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Search and develop potential clients to meet monthly sales targets.
  • Make contact with customers by telephone or email to gather initial information and schedule appointments.
  • Analyze customer needs, prepare bids, and present UPS services.
  • Focus on retaining and penetrating active clients in the portfolio.
  • Complete maintenance, problem resolution, and sales management of the client portfolio.
  • Monitor sales through the drafting and updating of reports and internal systems.
Requirements
  • Meet local age and operations requirements to operate a vehicle.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness and availability to travel and provide own vehicle for business travel.
  • Microsoft Office skills.
  • Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
  • Preference given to candidates that live within 30 minutes of Uniondale, NY.
Compensation

The annual hiring range for this position is $58,860 – $101,760. Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
