As a physician with Kaiser Permanente - Southern CA Medical Group, you'll have the opportunity to transition to a Partner/Owner after three consecutive years of full-time employment (six consecutive years of part-time employment). This includes:

Additional Requirements

To be eligible for this position, you must be a Board Certified/Eligible physician in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Preventive Medicine, and have a Board Certification in Obesity Medicine.
