Electronic Warfare Operations Analyst

Company Overview: Envisioneering, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Operations Systems Analyst to enhance our efforts at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD). We are looking for a candidate who possesses exceptional communication and analytical skills to collaborate within a government and contractor team focused on the integration and testing of the Softkill Coordination Subsystem (SKCS), a vital component of the Surface Electronic Warfare Improvement Program (SEWIP).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the integration and evaluation of SKCS software with the shipboard AN/SLQ-32 Electronic Warfare System, alongside external softkill weapon systems and combat systems such as Aegis and Ship Self Defense System (SSDS).
  • Utilize operational and tactical systems expertise to support the integration and testing of Electronic Warfare systems.
  • Collaborate with an agile software development team to assess enhancements and rectify issues within SKCS software.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Electronic Maneuver Warfare systems, Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations, and the identification of Electronic Warfare Gaps and Capabilities.
  • Generate and review technical documentation, including Concepts of Operations (CONOPS), Concepts of Employment (CONEMPs), and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).
  • Assist in Developmental and Operational Test and Evaluation (T&E) initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in operational analysis or the operation of U.S. Navy Electronic Warfare (EW) systems.
  • Familiarity with threat systems, red adversary tactics, blue force Operational plans (OPLANS), and Fleet operations, particularly in Electronic Warfare and Information Operations.
  • Proven organizational skills and leadership capabilities.
  • Understanding of the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDs) process.
  • Experience with various system variants of the AN/SLQ-32 (V).
  • Possession of a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret clearance is mandatory.
  • Experience in integration and testing, along with knowledge of shipboard combat systems (Aegis or SSDS), is highly advantageous.
