We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Project Engineering Manager for a prominent engineering firm specializing in innovative carbon capture and hydrogen initiatives.
The successful candidate will serve as the Project Engineering Lead during the EPCM phase of a significant upcoming initiative.
Ideal applicants will have a robust background in similar positions throughout the FEED and EPC phases, particularly in onshore brownfield oil and gas facilities, gas pipelines, and energy transition projects.
This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring 2 to 3 days in the office.Compensation:
£100,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits + Hybrid Work Options
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multidisciplinary teams through various stages and life cycles of major energy sector contracts.
- Emphasize process safety, quality assurance, and environmental stewardship.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of project delivery processes from acquisition to final handover.
- Demonstrate exceptional management and leadership capabilities.
- Exhibit expertise in pipeline and energy infrastructure projects.
- Advocate for Sustainability, Safety, Health, and Environment, prioritizing the well-being of employees and the community.
- Uphold integrity by consistently making ethical decisions.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach, striving for excellence by understanding and fulfilling client needs.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. in Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of experience in EPC and major engineering firms.
