  • Stay updated on menu items and preparation techniques as per hotel standards.
  • Complete necessary food and station preparations prior to service to ensure timely guest satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present buffet items according to established standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of food for Banquets, following specific event orders.
  • Ensure proper storage and rotation of food items in compliance with hotel procedures.
  • Maintain a positive and warm demeanor at all times.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred, along with experience in a hotel or related field.
  • Food Handlers Certification in compliance with state regulations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly.
  • Quick and accurate decision-making skills.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
