As a Flexologist at StretchLab Gilbert, you will be part of a team of experts who are dedicated to providing world-class stretching services to our clients. Our proprietary Flexologist training program ensures that our clients receive a unique and personalized experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and lead guided group stretching classes for up to 6 clients.
- Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions to ensure a positive and engaging experience.
- Build strong relationships with clients to increase membership and retention.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of clients by enforcing proper stretch techniques and adhering to StretchLab policies and safety rules.
- Participate in staff meetings and educational presentations to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
- Handle client concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with sales associates and management to promote studio tours, offsite events, and sales initiatives.
- Maintain a strong online presence to engage with clients and promote StretchLab services.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all equipment to ensure optimal client experience.
Requirements:
- Passion for boutique fitness environments and a love for stretching, flexibility, and mobility.
- Required background: Certified Athletic Trainer, Personal Trainer, or Sports Coach; Licensed Physical Therapist (or PTA).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a fitness/health environment where hands-on training with clients is provided.
- Availability to work one weekend shift from 8am to 2pm.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to create a positive and inclusive environment.
- Ability to connect with people and provide empathetic support to help clients achieve their goals.
- Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies.
- Availability to complete our comprehensive Flexologist Training Program, which includes online tutorials, in-person training, and practice sessions.
