Portfolio Manager Growth Position

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive portfolio growth and improve client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional results.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Thorough understanding of lease terms, lessor and lessee responsibilities, and CAM estimates and reconciliation calculations.
  • Knowledge of buildings, structures, and systems.
  • Construction management and project management experience.
  • Accrual accounting expertise.
  • Ability to balance owning your portfolio yourself with collaborative teamwork.
