Job Title: Information Security Tech Lead Analyst

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Information Security Tech Lead Analyst to join its team in Irving, Texas.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring security measures to protect computer networks and information. This includes creating application proof of concepts for vulnerabilities, analyzing open-source vulnerabilities, and creating business requirements for security tooling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, implement, and monitor security measures to protect computer networks and information.
  • Create application proof of concepts for vulnerabilities.
  • Analyze open-source vulnerabilities and their applicability to applications.
  • Create business requirements for security tooling based on customer feedback.
  • Validate implemented business requirements for security tooling.
  • Review vulnerabilities and mitigating controls.
  • Prevent, monitor, and respond to information and data breaches and cyber-attacks.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments on applications, including Web, Mobile, Thick Client, and APIs.
  • Perform penetration testing to analyze and review vulnerabilities and source code.
  • Use Cloud Security and DevSecOps automation to develop and build organization Cloud and Devops security automation.
  • Conduct exploit research to assess risk, detect, and write exploit code.
  • Assess impact due to security flaws in applications and recommend mitigation controls.
  • Use algorithms and data structures to detect and analyze potential gaps in source code.
  • Analyze Windows and UNIX Operating systems used to host applications.
  • Use Static Application Security Tools to perform code review and recommend solutions.
Requirements:
  • Requires at least a Bachelor's degree in Applied Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or related field.
  • 5 years of progressive experience as a Software Engineer, Systems Analyst, Security Analyst, or related position involving information security analysis for the financial services industry.
  • Cloud Security and DevSecOps automation experience.
  • Vulnerability assessment and penetration testing experience.
  • Exploit researching and security risk assessment experience.
  • Operating system analysis experience.
  • Security tooling experience.
  • Java Core/J2EE, Shell scripting, Nodejs, Python, SQL, Spring, Struts web, JavaServer Faces, and AngularJS experience.
