El Coordinador de Cierre Hipotecario es responsable de gestionar las etapas finales del proceso de préstamo hipotecario, asegurando que toda la documentación necesaria esté completa, precisa y cumpla con los estándares regulatorios.

Responsabilidades Clave:
Preparación y Revisión de Documentos:
- Preparar y revisar documentos de cierre para garantizar su precisión y completitud.
- Verificar que todos los documentos cumplan con los estándares de la empresa y los requisitos regulatorios.
- Coordinar con las compañías de títulos para asegurar que los compromisos de título sean precisos y estén libres de problemas.
Coordinación y Comunicación:
- Actuar como el punto de contacto principal para prestatarios, oficiales de préstamos y otras partes involucradas durante el proceso de cierre.
- Programar y coordinar las fechas de cierre, asegurando que todas las partes estén informadas y preparadas.
- Comunicar cualquier problema o discrepancia a las partes correspondientes y trabajar para resolverlos de manera oportuna.
Cumplimiento y Control de Calidad:
- Asegurar que todos los procedimientos de cierre cumplan con las leyes y regulaciones aplicables.
- Realizar controles de calidad finales en los paquetes de cierre antes de la distribución.
- Mantener registros y documentación precisos para todos los préstamos cerrados.
Financiamiento y Distribución:
- Coordinar el financiamiento y la distribución de los ingresos del préstamo, asegurando una distribución oportuna y precisa.
- Preparar y equilibrar las declaraciones de cierre y asegurar que todas las tarifas y costos estén debidamente contabilizados.
Actividades Post-Cierre:
- Asistir con el proceso post-cierre, incluyendo la entrega de documentos finales a las partes correspondientes.
- Abordar cualquier problema o pregunta post-cierre de prestatarios u otras partes interesadas.
Calificaciones:
- Educación: Se prefiere título universitario en finanzas, negocios o un campo relacionado.
- Experiencia: Mínimo de 2 a 3 años de experiencia en una posición administrativa.
- Conocimiento: Se prefiere un sólido entendimiento de productos de préstamos hipotecarios, procedimientos de cierre y regulaciones relevantes.
Habilidades:
