Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage staff in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Conduct interviews, onboarding, training, and mentoring of team members.

- Maintain food costs while upholding high-quality standards.
- Oversee purchasing and inventory management.
- Implement and monitor HACCP controls and ensure proper food storage and usage.
- Complete additional tasks and special projects as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent professional experience. Candidates should possess:
- Five to seven years of experience in upscale food service, including multi-unit management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to changing environments.
- Effective supervisory, scheduling, training, and coaching abilities.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining focus.
- Experience in monitoring food purchasing, costs, preparation, and inventory control.
- Proficiency in budget preparation and financial reporting.
- Menu planning experience in collaboration with culinary teams.
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and reconciliation processes.
- Understanding of health and fire regulations related to food service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional business etiquette and client relationship management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Significant catering experience is required.
- ServSafe or Department of Health certification is a plus.
