Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech-Language Pathologist at The Villages of Dallas, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and develop your clinical skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders.
  • Evaluate treatment outcomes and modify services as needed.
  • Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders.
  • Document all regulatory and clinically required information in our electronic documentation system and maintain patient records according to company policy.
Requirements
  • Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology Required
