Your training will take place in Shakopee, MN, and will last for 12-24 months. During this time, you will rotate through various departments, gaining hands-on experience in operations functions, including production activities, manufacturing processes, safety and quality programs, business development, and customer service.

You will be assigned an executive mentor to guide you through your growth process and provide valuable insights and support.

As a Management Development Trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop leadership and managerial skills, as well as gain experience in personnel issues, finance, sales, special projects, and proposals.

Upon completion of the training program, you will be reassigned to a business unit for further training or to assume a leadership role.
