MAIN POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including candidate interviews, resume evaluations, and orientation sessions.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of employee engagement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the design, implementation, and management of employee development and talent management programs.
  • Track and assess HR metrics, including employee satisfaction, turnover rates, and absenteeism.
  • Help develop and enforce effective HR policies and procedures.
  • Participate in the creation of training programs and professional development initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update information in HR databases.
  • Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Respond to employee inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Assist with various HR-related tasks as required.
  • This position requires onsite work.
EMPLOYEE QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of management.
  • Familiarity with a range of human resource concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Must maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive employee information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
