  • Bathe, groom, shave, and dress clients to promote their personal hygiene and dignity.
  • Conduct activities for recreation and socialization to enhance the quality of life for our clients.
  • Ensure the safety and security of clients by monitoring their behavior and activity, and reporting any concerns to the nursing staff.
  • Feed clients who are unable to feed themselves, promoting their nutritional needs and comfort.
  • Observe and document patient data, behavior, and activity to provide valuable insights for our healthcare team.
  • Prepare clients for treatment or examination by assisting with their physical and emotional needs.
  • Provide clients with help walking, exercising, and moving in and out of bed to promote their mobility and independence.
  • Transport and/or accompany clients to treatment units, using a wheelchair or stretcher, to ensure their safe and comfortable transfer.
  • Receive additional training, as required, to gain full proficiency and experience in all areas of patient care.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in patient care or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
