Job Overview

This Senior Architecture Developer position directly supports the Allied Command Transformation (ACT), which drives, facilitates, and advocates for the continuous improvement of Alliance capabilities.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Architecture Development: Perform modeling, architecture, and design activities to ensure completeness, consistency, and clarity of requirements-related artifacts.
  • NATO Architecture Framework (NAF): Produce relevant NAF perspectives in support of capability design and requirement development.
  • Capability Requirements: Support the elicitation, capture, development, analysis, evaluation, and traceability of capability requirements.
  • Programme and Project Planning: Support Programme and Project planning activities to ensure dependencies between architecture and other plan elements are understood.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: 5 years in the last 10 in the field of architecture development, including TOGAF methodology.
  • Certifications: One or more Enterprise Architecture related certifications, such as TOGAF 9.
  • Educational Background: A University Degree in engineering, information systems, operations research, project management, or disciplines related to enterprise architecture.
  • Recent Experience: Demonstrable recent experience in procurement programs in the defense sector, developing architecture following formal configuration and change management processes, and exploiting Enterprise or Capability level Architectures.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of project management principles and demonstrated success in applying them to deliver projects.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
