Ambulatory Care Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Swedish Health Services. As a Registered Nurse in our Ambulatory Care department, you will provide high-quality patient care to assigned patients, working under the direction of the Supervisor or Clinic Manager.
Responsibilities- Provide basic patient care to assigned patients, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines, applying evidence-based knowledge to patient care.
- Graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing.
- One (1) year of nursing experience in a clinic, acute care, or nursing tech setting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
