Nurse Care Specialist

Premise Health is seeking a skilled Nurse Care Specialist to join our team in Richmond, VA. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and promoting health and wellness in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patient care needs and prioritize treatment
- Conduct nursing assessments and provide treatment within scope of practice
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Identify and address health education and promotion needs of patients
- Administer medications and medical treatments competently
Requirements:
- Certificate from an accredited Nursing School or Associates' degree
- Currently licensed Registered Nurse in state of practice
- Current hands-on training in AHA or ARC Basic Life Support
- Preferred experience in emergency room, occupational health clinic, or ambulatory care clinic
