Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver/Direct Support Professional to join our team in Eau Claire, WI. As a Caregiver, you will provide support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them to achieve their goals and live a fulfilling life.

Responsibilities
  • Provide daily living support, including personal care and hygiene assistance
  • Assist with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs
  • Develop meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our participants
What We Offer
  • Competitive pay: $16.30 per hour
  • Full benefits package for employees working 32+ hours/week, including a 401(k) with a 3% company match
