- Prepare patient rooms, equipment, and supplies for examinations and procedures.
- Take vital signs, record patient information, and maintain accurate medical records.
- Assist with patient scheduling, registration, and collection of co-pays.
- Screen incoming telephone calls and refer patients to appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Order and maintain clinical and office supplies and equipment.
- Compile statistical data for reports as directed.
- Participate in committees and attend required meetings.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 6 months of related work experience in a healthcare environment.
- Successful completion of department orientation and skills competencies.
- Completion of 54 LMS modules within 6 months of hire.
- Personal Accountability class completion within 6 months of hire.
- Certification or registration within 15 months of hire through organizations approved by Billings Clinic.
