**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement project plans to meet safety, quality, and schedule requirements
* Collaborate with the operational team to ensure project planning and execution
* Identify and mitigate project risks and obstacles
* Utilize and track time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign in & sign out sheets
* Ensure project execution goals are met and validate project awareness for the project team
* Communicate project status in a timely and accurate manner to all appropriate parties

**Requirements:**

* 5+ years of superintendent experience for a large scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor
* Self-perform experience of concrete is required
* In-depth knowledge of construction principles/practices required with experience on projects over $1M
* Ability to lead people and drive results for the overall project success
* 30-hour OSHA and First Aid/CPR certification
