Job Title: Aquatics Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aquatics Director to join our team at Waterworks Aquatics. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality of our swim lessons and aquatics programming, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the quality of aquatics programming across assigned locations
  • Ensure staffing levels and lesson/aquatics programming needs are met
  • Responsible for the ongoing training and development of future and existing Senior Instructors, Lead Trainers, and Quality Managers
  • Oversee additional lesson programming and ensure proper evaluations are conducted to maintain quality and improve overall enrollment and retention
  • Oversee and is responsible for the hiring, interviewing, and training of new aquatics staff members and ensures these staff members meet Waterworks standards
Requirements:
  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience is preferred
  • Previous aquatics management experience is required
  • Must be willing to be in water at least hours per week
  • Previous people management experience is required
  • Experience in marketing and/or sales is a plus
  • First Aid, CPR, AED Certification (Infant, Child, Adult)
