    • Perform daily opening, mid-day, and closing duties to ensure seamless kitchen operations.

    • Manage all necessary repair and maintenance issues to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
    • Implement and manage the Restaurant Risk Review audit process to identify and address potential risks.
    • Develop and execute local restaurant marketing, sales building, and community involvement strategies to drive business growth.
    • Facilitate and participate in ongoing education and training programs to enhance kitchen staff skills and knowledge.
  • Food and Beverage Execution
    • Ensure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
    • Monitor and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality and execution.
    • Conduct quarterly food reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
    • Prepare and receive orders of food and beverages to ensure timely delivery and high-quality presentation.
    • Conduct weekly inventory management to ensure proper stock levels and assess ordering patterns and changes.
    • Monitor and validate daily prep production to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
  • Team Member Relations
    • Coach, mentor, and discipline hourly kitchen staff to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
    • Monitor and facilitate team member recognition and reward programs to motivate and engage kitchen staff.
  • Service Execution and Guest Relations
    • Train, coach, and develop kitchen staff to ensure they provide exceptional service to our guests.
    • Manage guest relations and guest recovery to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • A minimum of two years of full-service, high-volume, casual dining restaurant management experience.
  • High personal integrity, professionalism, and maturity.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Solid relationship management and performance management skills.
  • Ability to motivate and direct kitchen staff and work effectively in a management team.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skills.
  • Strong writing and documentation skills.
  • Ability to absorb and retain information quickly.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities.
