Position Summary: We are in search of a driven and experienced professional holding an active General Contractor license in Florida to take on the role of Construction Project Supervisor at IPE Developments LLC. In this capacity, you will oversee and manage construction operations, ensuring that all activities comply with safety standards and project guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of work progress, equipment, and construction sites to guarantee safety and adherence to specifications.
  • Interpret blueprints and specifications to determine construction needs and strategize accordingly.
  • Assess material and labor requirements for project completion.
  • Direct, coordinate, and schedule the tasks of construction personnel and laborers.
  • Collaborate with management, other departments, and contractors to address issues and synchronize activities.
  • Align work efforts with other construction project teams.
  • Procure necessary materials or supplies.
  • Utilize measuring tools to locate, measure, and mark site locations or equipment placements.
  • Maintain precise records of personnel, production, and operational data on designated forms or reports.
  • Delegate tasks to employees based on specific job requirements and resource availability.
