The Executive Director of Restaurant Operations is responsible for the overall success of our restaurant. This role requires a strong leader who can manage day-to-day operations, including financial controls, staff scheduling, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain day-to-day financial controls, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage
  • Interview, hire, train, and orient new team members
  • Develop and implement coaching and counseling programs to improve team performance
  • Oversee facility maintenance, equipment upkeep, and health and safety inspections
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent and possession of all required documents
  • Able to walk and stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a customer service focus
