Job Summary
The Executive Director of Restaurant Operations is responsible for the overall success of our restaurant. This role requires a strong leader who can manage day-to-day operations, including financial controls, staff scheduling, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day financial controls, including budgeting and forecasting
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage
- Interview, hire, train, and orient new team members
- Develop and implement coaching and counseling programs to improve team performance
- Oversee facility maintenance, equipment upkeep, and health and safety inspections
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume food service concept
- Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, including rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license and access to private transportation
- Consent to background screening, including criminal, driving, and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent and possession of all required documents
- Able to walk and stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a customer service focus
