Job Title: Overnight Manager

CAMBA is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Overnight Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Short Term Housing Program, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients, while also providing exceptional support and guidance to our staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients and client confidentiality.
  • Practice Universal Precautions/Standard Protocol & Procedures.
  • Comply with all Federal, State, City and CAMBA security and privacy policies.
  • Input client data into database, as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, direct reporting staff, peers, supervisors, and funders.
  • Ensure compliance with agency and funder regulations.
  • Manage all emergency crisis situations involving staff and clients.
  • Ensure supplies are secured and accounted for.
  • Utilize performance management systems to encourage ongoing communication with direct staff.
  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day functions of the facility.
  • Implement strategies for effective team performance.
  • Resolve individual conflicts and disputes between staff or clients in a respectful and solution-based manner.
  • Lead and participate in program meetings as requested.
  • Monitor clients' safety and ensure safety policies and procedures are practiced daily.
Requirements:
  • HS Diploma or GED and 3 years relevant experience, or associate degree (A.A.) and 2 years relevant experience with congregate or shelter supervisory work.
  • Must obtain and maintain First Aid/CPR certification.
  • Must obtain and maintain certification in overdose prevention.
  • Must obtain and maintain F-80 Fire Safety Coordinator certification.
  • Must be able to work 12 AM- 8AM shift.
