LPN - Adolescent Residential Program

Easter Seals New Hampshire is seeking a skilled LPN to join our Adolescent Residential Program team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our youth residents, ages 5-21, with neurological and psychiatric disabilities.
Responsibilities:- Provide direction and supervision to staff, acting as a liaison between medical and clinical professionals.
- Conduct ongoing medical monitoring and quality assurance of medical care according to Easter Seals medical policy and procedures.
- Assess and triage clients, order and transcribe medications, and participate in educational groups with clients and staff.
- Document daily nursing reports and communicate effectively with staff.
- Active unencumbered LPN license with 3+ years of experience, preferably in Psychiatric and Med/Surgical units.
- Excellent assessment, triage, communication, and prioritizing skills.
- Criminal and motor vehicle background check required.
- Competitive hourly rate of $29.00.
